Freshness is key at Quince per the owners, Michael and Lindsay Tusk. You can taste it in the food, too. Their menu changes daily depending upon what is available from the farmers. Their home-made pastas are a must-try. I would recommend that you share a pasta course as a first or second course before getting your main dish. The pumpkin lasagnette with leeks and black truffles is excellent, as is the agnolotti. I have also had the stewed duck with quince – it was fork-tender and full of flavor.
